Stordok would like to simplify your document management needs

by converting your paper-based documents into high-quality digital images. Once scanned, your documents will be uploaded to a secure online server (128-bit SSL encryption for document contents) where they may be viewed on any PC with an internet connection. Free form Optical Character Recognition (OCR) will be performed on all scanned documents making them searchable by keyword. For example, entering a client’s name would retrieve all documents in which the name appeared. This is potentially a huge time saver by itself!

If you would rather have your documents imaged and burned onto a CD/DVD or loaded onto a flash drive, Stordok would be happy to provide those services as a standalone without the online document management tool. Alternately, if you would prefer to scan your own documents at your facility, we can offer you the document management software by itself. We would provide all necessary training for you to scan, index, and upload your documents.

Basic pricing for our document imaging and content management services are as follows:

Document scanning:                           $.07 to .10 per page

Subscription to Eureka Central:         $29.95  monthly

Document pickup at client  site:         $25.00 per  pickup

Document drop off at  Stordok:          $10.00  per delivery

Eureka Central is the online document management service we provide. The $29.95 monthly subscription includes unlimited users and 10 gigabytes of online storage space.  For reference, 10 GB is approximately 350,000 images.
