1) How much does an average file box weigh?

Approximately 25-37 lbs.

2) Are you insured and bonded?

Yes. We are fully covered for General Liability and Workman’s Compensation. Certificates are available upon request.

3) Can I observe the destruction of my documents?

Yes. You can watch us destroy your documents at any time. Just ask us and we’ll arrange it!

4) Is there a minimum charge?

5) Do I have to unload my own boxes/documents if I bring them to you?

No. We do all the work for you. If you take your boxes/documents to one of our satellite locations, you will have to unload them yourself.

6) What type of payments do you accept?

7) What do I have to remove from my documents? (For example: paper clips,
staples, etc.)

You don’t have to remove anything. Please
don’t put garbage in the containers.
